Hello. My name is Nuria and I am Mother, Psychologist and Certified Professional Coach. I am originally from Spain, but my life has taken me to travel and experience cultures in different parts of the world.
What I have learnt along these years is that whether I was living in the hot dessert of Dubai or in the cold winter of New York, mothers are mothers everywhere you go; babies are born every second; and opportunities for change and improvement pay no attention to skin color or location.
I have worked with Expectant and New Moms enough to know that you do not have to struggle or feel unsupported just because you were born to have children. There is a way to improve your quality of life. There is a way to enjoy the gift that you were given.

Through our work together we will create a safe space where you can improve your quality of life as a new mom maximizing your communication channels with your loved ones.
